The problem

Recruitment agencies shouldn't be paying a fortune just to post jobs

Most recruitment agencies use tools like Broadbean or Logic Melon to distribute jobs across multiple boards. They work. But they come with significant license fees, per-seat pricing, and annual contracts that climb year on year. For a growing agency adding recruiters, the maths gets ugly quickly.

We built Rocket Zest because one of our long-term clients - a 45-strong recruitment group - was paying exactly those fees. They asked if we could build something better. We did. It replaced Broadbean entirely and the group never looked back.

The platform is ours. We designed it, we built it, we own the IP, and we maintain it. That means we can offer it to other recruitment businesses without the pricing model that makes the existing tools so expensive.

Log in, write the job, set the category, location, salary band and sector. All fields are structured so the data feeds cleanly into every board.

Each job has a unique email address. Our IMAP parser checks every few minutes, extracts applicant details and CVs, and assigns them to the correct job automatically.

See every applicant for every job. Download CVs, mark candidates as suitable or not, and let the automated templates handle the response emails.

Every job gets a unique email address. Applications come in from the boards and our IMAP parser extracts the applicant name, email, job reference and attachments - then assigns everything to the correct job automatically.
