Meetings & Events are a Harrogate-based venue finding agency. Their service is free to clients - they handle everything from executive boardrooms to gala dinners across the UK and Europe, working with organisations including KPMG, Star Alliance and the Royal Academy of Engineering.
We started with a full rebrand - logo, brand guidelines, email signatures - then built their first WordPress site from scratch. When the business outgrew it, we redesigned the whole thing with venue-specific pages, SEO-friendly URL structures and a custom enquiry system to replace the third-party form tool they'd been using. Corporate Hotel Bookings, their sister brand, got the same treatment - its own site built on the same design system, then later rebuilt to match.
The ongoing SEO campaign targets the big venue directories that dominate search results. We handle regular content updates, analytics and hosting across both sites - four separate projects over the course of the relationship so far.
This started as a rebrand and a website. It’s grown into four separate projects across two brands - two full website builds each, ongoing SEO, and a maintenance agreement that’s still going.
We built a custom enquiry system, individual venue pages with their own URL structures, and migrated their analytics to GA4. The kind of thing you can only do properly when you know the business inside out.
