If a change in resources is needed, we will discuss this directly with the client before making any adjustments to their plan.
We offer a guaranteed uptime of 99.999%, exceeding the industry standard of 99.99%.
Refunds for unused hosting months are not offered.
Where clients are on a monthly maintenance plan, separate terms may apply – these are outlined in individual agreements and signed accordingly.
