Supporting Snowdonia for the third year running
Wonder Media have been supporters of the Snowdonia Marathon since 2008 and this year we are proud to continue our support for the third year. Marathon Eryri Cyf is a non-profit organisation set up in 2007 that donates every penny raised to worthy local causes.
Although regarded one of the most difficult marathon’s to run, the Snowdonia Marathon was voted the best Marathon in the whole of the UK! A whopping £11,000 was raised during the 2007 race and collected a further £14,000 from the 2008 race. From Primary schools to volunteering groups, these are just a few examples of those who have benefitted from the efforts of everyone who supports Marathon Eryri Cyf.
The spectacular route of the Marathon encircles Snowdon, Wales’ and England’s highest peak, offering participants a chance to enjoy the surrounding scenery.
